Terms
*Service Fee covers
- Travel time to site
- First 30 minutes of labour onsite
- Vehicle, fuel, and RUC expenses
- Administrative costs
How We Charge
A minimum charge of 30 minutes onsite (Service Fee), with additional time billed in 15-minute increments for all charge-up work.
Payment Terms
Payment is required within 7 days of receiving the invoice via credit card or bank transfer unless otherwise arranged. For new customers or where requested, we may require a credit card to be held when booking the job.
Estimates and Quotes
If a site visit is necessary, a quoting fee of $75+GST may apply, which is deducted from the final quoted price upon acceptance. Whenever possible, we encourage customers to send photos or videos of their job, as we can often provide accurate pricing over the phone without a site visit. As a courtesy, we do not charge for quotes or estimates for existing and returning customers. We strive to provide all quotes within 5 business days.
Invoicing
Digital invoices will be emailed within 48 hours of job completion, fully itemised for transparency. Printed copies are available upon request.
